What happens after you send a message

   Ghinwa replies personally

   Messages are answered by Ghinwa herself — there is no reception desk and no call centre. You'll normally hear back the same day, and always within one working day.

   A conversation before anything is booked

   First we talk about what you've noticed: your child's age, what they say and understand, which languages are spoken at home, and what specifically worries you. This conversation is free and carries no obligation.

   An assessment, only if it's warranted

   If a full assessment makes sense, we schedule it and explain what it involves and what it costs before you commit. Sometimes the honest answer is that your child is developing normally and doesn't need therapy — and you'll be told that just as plainly.

4. 4

   Then a plan you can actually follow

   After the assessment you receive a written report in plain language, specific goals, and practical strategies to use at home. You will always know what is being worked on and why.
